- Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms.
- Understand the procedure of using the POS system, credit card machine and report any inconsistencies.
- Prepare the boutique for welcoming customers, checking the showcases, displays, ensure the showroom is tidy and presentable, and assure the inventory count and control every beginning of the shift.
- Check the log book /communication book on any pending issue to follow up on (if applicable).
- Checking and answering the outlook mails for any requirement with the advice of the Boutique Manager (if applicable).
- Directs customers, provide assistance and advise customer about the information on the products.
- Ensure to be well-groomed and professional in appearance when coming to work or engaged in work-related tasks with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Presenting Jewelry using Company standards including wearing of grey gloves, using trays, show 4 pieces maximum, etc…).
- Ensure awareness of price and discount policy before communicating it to the customers.
- Meeting the assigned goals in providing a remarkable customer experience and standard, sales and service, revenue and efficiency.
- Upselling and cross-selling at any upcoming opportunity and promote other branches.
- Maintaining the safe room and showroom displays according to the 5s methodology.
- Responding to any management project when assigned (attending events and exhibitions).
- Maintaining and developing great relationships with customers.
- Gathering market and customer information by engaging with customers and recording interests.
- Recording sales and orders information and obtain approval from the Boutique Manager.
- Meeting the monthly sales target as set by the company.
- Provide assistance to team members during the sale (providing trays, CCM, Calculator or any sales tools) and keeping an eye on the jewelry in hand.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues (if applicable).
