Recruiter/ Recruitment Officer - Al Farah The Human Resources Consultancy

• Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
• Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
• Review, analyze and evaluate applicant / candidate CV against Job requirements.
• Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental/divisional heads for evaluation and interviews.
• Raises necessary documentation for appropriate pre-recruitment approval and employment recruitment requisition for approval when if applicable.
• Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
• Maintains statistics of CVs screened, personnel recruited etc... To adhere to approved manpower positions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Liaison between overseas agencies and department head for recruiting trips.
• Coordinate/follow up with agencies for shortlisted candidate’s paper work and deployment.
• Coordinate with travel agencies for tickets of recruited labors (GP letters).
