Male, 40 y/o and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management or related field
At least 3-5 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, oil and gas or related field, preferably w/ ARAMCO experience
With experience in compiling and following strict budgets and with strong estimating and financial analysis skills
Identify potential financial or construction risks
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Can start immediately (1-month max)
Working hours: 8 hours/day
Work location: UAE
Salary up to 25,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
