Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

Duties:



\[ Responsible for all company’s Procurement and Logistics
\[ Consolidation of all venues stock take reports (sales, consumption and physical count of the merchandise items)
\[ Preparation of consolidation report and order forecasting analysis (including validation of orders) on monthly basis and share results with the higher management.
\[ Responsible for central store and transferring/distribution of merchandise items from one venue to another inside the UAE or in the rest of GCC (middle east region).
\[ Responsible for looking an alternative but reliable supplier and cost reduction options.
\[ Responsible for requesting quotation/proforma invoice from the supplier, validation and issuance of Purchase Order, Request for payment, tracking of payments and tracking of order shipments.
\[ Calculating landed cost (item cost + shipping cost) and liaising with Finance Dept. to agree/arrive on the selling price
\[ Generating and updating weekly shipment tracker showing the status of orders, its estimated time of Departure from country of origin and estimated time of arrival to country of destination.
\[ Relentlessly following up on suppliers/shipping agent to assure all shipment arrive on time and to correct addresses.
\[ Ensure shipment paper work is received on time (in relation to shipment timeline) and ensure correct information is mentioned on the documents.
\[ Actively leading negotiations with the suppliers and do follow-ups
\[ Responsible in maintaining and securing records/transactions (g.e quotes, invoices, payments)
\[ Knowledge in creating procurement/ordering policies and its implementation.
\[ Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
