Pre-sales Manager / Senior Manager (UAE Nationals) - ERC Consulting

• Respond to requests for information (RFI’s), supplying the technical details of proposed solutions
• Understand customers’ needs and pain points; develop an initial view of technical proposal accordingly
• Determine the technical requirements to meet clients’ goals and act as liaison between the organization’s sales and solution design teams
• Prepare presentations and demos to clients in collaboration with sales resources and relevant partners
• Create technological scope of work in RFQs, review/re-design with the customer in coordination with relevant teams and conduct due diligence to confirm feasibility of proposed services
• Assist with technical questions or concerns on product capabilities during the sales process
• Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and solution design once contracts have been awarded
• Provide technical/product knowledge to sales account managers
• Evaluate current solutions and services being delivered to the client; identify opportunities for new product offerings and "packaging" of existing products
• Continuously provide input and feedback from clients to product management teams
• Training – Take training in products/technology including relevant certifications if required, to ensure customer relevance and thought leadership
