Degree holder in Pastry or any relevant training
At least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably from high-end casual dining restaurant
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Direct and administer the planning, preparation and production control of pastry section
Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 6,500 AED full package depending on qualifications and experience
