Deliver structured Change Management programs
- Partner with clients to define the structure and composition of their new operating model
- Conduct assessments to understand how ready the client organization is to commence their transformational program
- Identify people and organizational risks and anticipated points of resistance
- Develop and execute Change Management action plans to mitigate transformational program risks
- Drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes related to the transformation program
- Engage with Senior stakeholders (across Geos, program teams and Corp functions) to plan and Implement Change deliverables for the transformation program
- Identify, engage and manage stakeholders, monitor adoption and manage resistance for the transformation program
- Define communication plans, develop engaging communications, and manage communication deployment through effective channels
