New Product & Innovation Marketing Manager - FMCG required to lead the overal innovation pipeline of new products across new categories. (Current key categories - Skincare, Consumer Health, Haircare)

Key responsibilities will be to shape and develop new product development and packaging innovation strategies using consumer insight market research data, competitor analysis as well as working closely with all manufacturing partners that meet the category-based requirements of key channels and stakeholders.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, with extensive cross-functional working activities with a key focus on balancing new product innovation with commerciality to ensure projects land in store, on time and deliver mutual profitability.

  • Drive Innovation pipeline for existing products and categories.
  • New Category development: Evaluate and recommend play in new categories for ME business. Lead the in-market launches basis aligned strategy
  • Work closely with core internal teams across the region: - R&D, packaging, supply chain, wider marketing team.



  • Profile

    The successful applicant for New Product & Innovation Marketing Manager - FMCG MUST:
  • Have a proven track record (4-6 years minimum) within FMCG Brand Marketing, including a specialised focus in new prouct development and innovation.
  • FMCG Specialist ideally within Skincare, Consumer Health, Haircare product lines but those with exceptional consumer durables / food experience can be considered.
  • Demonstrable success of leading or working with cross-functional teams through the full consumer insignt process, concept development to product launch as well as sales and profitability success.
  • MENA market experience essential.
  • Entreprenurial.
