Male, 35 years old and below
With bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or MBA is a must
ACCA/CPA/CA inter/final is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience as internal auditor/audit assistant
Must have experience in auditing different departments like HR, purchase, quality control, admin and operations
With experience working in an ISO/GMP-certified company is an advantage
Familiar with measures to confirm with industry strategies, policies regulatory guidelines and auditing standards.
Must have knowledge of making reports which confirm with the company standards, corporate policies, acknowledged by the ISO standards.
To assist in reporting of the financial reports on daily/monthly/yearly basis in the security audits, information system audits, environmental audits, etc.
To audit all physical inventories of various location and reconciling system data with the physical counts taken and reporting on errors found
To initiate direct communication with various departments with regards to errors, etc.
To perform inventory and cash audits of GCC branches
To identifying loopholes in retail and executing risk aversion measures to limit risks of loss due to error, fraud, cash theft or technology malfunction
To provide sales analysis, product movement and trend reports to HOD
To performing other tasks gives by HOD on a daily basis
To coordinate the activities with the staff and the senior auditor concerned
Proficient in MS Office Applications specifically MS Excel
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary is up to 4,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications
