Open to any nationality, Indian is preferred
Male, 35 years old and below
BSc/Master’s degree in Computer Science or any related field
With CCNA, MCSE or equivalent professional certification courses
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a retail industry preferably within UAE
Knowledge of systems including Lotus notes/Domino and applications, Exchange/Outlook 2010,Webmails) and ERP systems
Working knowledge of current communications devices (Routers, switches, Firewall) and protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, POP3, HTTPS etc), server and desktop technologies
Configuring LAN, ADSL, Internet Leased and VPN technology
Knowledge of setting up remote access for users, Virtualization platform, Acronis Excellent trouble shooting skills
Ability to handle and resolve systems/servers hardware related problems like Harddrive, RAM, MotherBoards, Peripheral cards, SMPS, etc.
Ability to handle or troubleshoot computer peripheral devices like Dot Matrix Printers, LaserJet and Scanners etc
