INVENTORY ENGINEER - Al Nahiya Group

a) Carries out review of stock material PR's based on reservations and to ensure uninterrupted &
regular supply to all locations to meet operational & maintenance requirements of all rigs.
b) Carries out technical review of each material reservation & follow-up with requestor to seek
justification or amendments to the PR if and when required. Also, if needed, clarify with end-users
regarding the suitability & the quantity required for the maintenance job, for effective stock control &
inventory optimization consistent with NDC operational objectives.
c) Reviews material requirements for major maintenance projects in respect of stock availability & left
over materia ls of completed projects; and to track progress of material receipt on a periodic basis
till the completion of the MM projects. Tacks progress and maintain record of material deliveries at
major maintenance sites till the completion of the MM projects.
d) Follow-up with the Material Co-ordinators (MO) & Warehouse Officer for return of unused materials
of projects to stock.
e) Compiles & prepares list of undelivered materials using SAP and liaise with the Rig /project team
for the follow-up on delivery or cancellation of purchase orders and purchase requisitions & work
orders for undelivered material.
f) Liaises with all rigs & other users including HO staff requirements to finalize requirements of PPE
items and creation of PR's every six months for all locations staff.
g) Preparers and submits Stock proposal forms as per End-user and Inventory requirements to
Management for approval. And updating the system on approval.
h) Data generation & compilation for periodical Inventory reports as necessary.
i) Coordinates with MO for identifying the obsolete equipment and obsolete spare parts for further
actions
