ENGINEER, PROJECT DEVELOPMENT - Al Nahiya Group

Perform Project Development Activities of Construction Contracts associated with
CAPEX items of Clients including preparation of Scope of Work, Bills of Quantities, relevant documents, support &
coordinate tendering activities until Project award and handover to Project Execution
Department for Execution. Actions includes Initiation of contract requests / Service
Order Requests, carry out technical clarifications & technical bid evaluations, submit
documents for Management committee approvals & support Award
recommendation endorsement by Tender Boards.
• Preparation of Purchase Requisitions for Material procurements, carrying out
technical evaluations, tendering coordination until PO Placement & Expedition of
Material Deliveries.
• Perform development of CAPEX proposals & Cost Estimations.
• Function as Contract Administrator for Frame Level Agreements, FEED Study
Contracts.
• Perform Project Engineer role for in-house FEED / Feasibility studies.
