Coordination for Engineering document preparations and compilation of relevant
Engineering & Project deliverables / specifications.
Conclusion of HSE Risk Assessment Studies requirements associated with
Projects.
Recommendations on Tender Strategy, Bidder work group identification, Bidders &
Contract Request initiations.
Technical Bid requirements & Technical Evaluation criteria.
Carrying out Technical Bid Evaluations & Coordination with Procurement Unit for
Tendering works until Project award.
Preparation of Purchase Requisitions for Material procurements, carrying out
technical evaluations, tendering coordination till PO Placement & Expedition of
Material Deliveries.
Preparation of schedule & cost estimations for CAPEX proposals.
Execution of FEED and Engineering studies by External Consultant in Contracts
Administrator role.
Conclusion of HSE Risk Assessment Studies requirements associated with
Projects.
Work as Contract Administrator for Frame Work & Process the Call off Orders.
