• Disaster recovery drill test procedure maintained and tested once a quarter
• Ensure productivity within agreed norms and standards
• Following processes to be designed, developed, approved and followed:
o Disaster recovery
o Data Management
o Archiving
o Data retrieval
• Ensure the following are compliant:
o No data loss
o No data breach
o To Audit recommendations
o ISO regulations for data management
• Transfer data to the cloud and within agreed timeframes
• Fine tuning database demand based on application demand
• Setting up of disaster recovery procedures and sites
• Ensure certification of staff in Data based management
