- Database Administration: Will provide overall database administration and IT support to the CRM team. This will include setting up campaigns on the system, extracting and uploading data based on user requirements, supporting roll out of new applications or CRM database upgrades and acting as a liaison with the IT team for diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Business Analysis and Reports: Use CRM software to analyze customer data and make recommendations on sales and marketing initiatives, customer service and retention initiatives. This will include maintaining existing performance reports, setting up customer surveys, generating new campaign analytics reports. Also provide in-depth analysis of communication effectiveness and overall sales, and customer service and retention standards.

- Regular cleaning and maintenance of databases
- Establishing procedures and guidelines relating to information management
- Provide database training to new staff
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, and liasioning with IT team to resolve hardware and software issues
