The purpose of the role of Coordinator is to support the Technical services team with day-to-day duties, administration and coordination for all work streams related to the technical services measurement & management, technical operations, maintenance and security help desk support.
Main responsisbilities of this role include:
- Assist the coordination of daily, weekly work outputs across the Technical services team and assist in the administration of day to day technical documentation development for Technical Services;
- Manage the field team support and system inventory site wide and assist the Security Help Desk management team
- Provide a weekly overview of expected deliverables against both departmental milestones and internally against other department;
- Address, monitor all tasks through monthly updates to ensure compliance with both MASAR milestones and expected programme budgetary expenditure;
- Manage and support the technical services team’s coordination with the other internal security functions teams to enable a greater degree of cooperation;
- Streamline workflows within in the department to enable increased efficiencies across the department’s project management office and work closely with all other departments to enable well-coordinated technical services;
- Act as liaisons with related programs or projects of other departments and stakeholders, keeping the supervisor informed of relevant information;
- Attend meetings as required and ensure both preparations and follow on actions are submitted as required.
