The role of the Coordinator – RE&D is to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks, to be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of administration, reporting and program management activities related to RED;
- Assist the CSDO office in clerical tasks by maintaining files and records with effective filing system;
- Work closely with the CSDO Executive Assistant by supporting with various administrative tasks (booking meeting rooms, redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, raising PR’s etc...);
- Assist with printing and scanning of all files received for the CSDO signature (Prism, CAR’s, payment certificates, letters, SI, EMI, site tour requests, contracts…);
- Greeting and directing visitors when they arrive at the office;
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders;
