Bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences/Law is preferred
At least 6 years of experience in contract development including at least 4 years in contract preparation, tendering and award procedures
Sound knowledge of commercial practices and legal aspects in UAE
To develop and provide advice on all types of contracts and negotiating strategies for all the companies’ areas and to develop suitably worded tender documentation
To provide advice in the field, including the interpretation to company and contract organizations from commencement to close out of contract
Can join immediately (max 1-month)
Work location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary up to 35,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
