Soft Services Deliver
- Safety and work quality checking, including inspections, spot checks, etc.
- External teams / outsourced (rather than internal teams), complex and fast paced high profile reputation service facility, Eg airport terminals, shopping centres, hotels, hosptialSound problem solving ability / troubleshooting both contractor performance and technical
- Take ownership of assets/facilities/systems
Some hands on approach, to go to site when there is a problem. - On call 24/7 if there is an issue, and prepared to go to site out of hours as necessary. Will be primary point of contact
