Business Development Assistant - Profile Middle East

Identify and contact prospective customers. Arrange appointments with prospects where appropriate. Identify, qualify and contact sales leads, including cold calls Establish and maintain relationships with customers. Prepare and maintain reports on the business development activities. Assist in the preparation of proposals. Support in the company’s tendering activity, including identifying tender opportunities and supporting submissions. Track the success of sales leads and following up unsuccessful proposals to determine future improvements. Attend meetings where required and occasionally prepare minutes of meetings. Provide support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the business development activities. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda of the business development department members and arrange new meetings and appointments. Undertake other projects as required.
