Supply chain coordinator - TASC Outsourcing

• Establish and maintain control systems that satisfy the company operating and legal requirements.


• Ensure that stocks of finished goods are controlled in order to service sales.


• Ensure that customer orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the customer requirements and sales agreements.


• Continuously monitor scheduled deliveries and ensure that schedules are adhered to, advising customers of any unavoidable changes or delays.


• Prepare all documentation required for each consignment.


• Check, prepare and issue sales invoices on a daily basis.


• Make necessary arrangements for receipt of supplies and ensure correct tariff codes are used.


• Arrange booking of freight with agents, carriers and or freight forwarders, advising dispatch staff and sales staff where necessary.


• Send shipping advice to clients, advising details.


• Report customer complaints in line with the customer complaints procedure.


• Liaise with the Sales Managers keeping them up to date with stock status, customer’s problems/feedback.


• To undertake any other duties as necessary and required by the business need


• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.


• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly.


• Work at evening time if it is necessary. (Ex: Customer, Group company at US , UK )
