Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive all items based on the LPO and company policy.
- box all received items and put on designated places.
- Follow up items that were not delivered by the suppliers.
- Ensure to monitor and maintain the store inventory levels for reordering the items. safe keeping both the quality and quantity received items requested by each section thru Chef’s approval.
- No requisition no items to be issued. purchase requisition for the replacement of stock both direct items and inventory items
- Check inventory records for accuracy for the purpose of month end inventory
- Keep records of items received, issued and transfer for tracking purposes.
- Arrange all items in a store and follow the FIFO system.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2-4 years similar experience from a huge central kitchen or restaurant operation as Storekeeper.
- Good knowledge of FIFO system.
- Good communication in English an advantage.
- Good computer skills.
- Positive team energy and can work in a highly fast-paced operation.
