We are looking for a 'Spa Manager' to join us at a Five Star Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Designation: Spa Manager
Package: AED 12K - AED 14K
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversea and monitor the daily operation of the spa treatment rooms, treatment areas including grooming areas, lockers and wet areas ensuring the guest receives all treatments and services as per the resort standards.
- Ensure that therapists are updated and trained on all treatments at all times and that the treatments are executed as per description of treatments.
- identify the needs of guests and advising on various products and therapies.
- Ensures all employees have the proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.
- Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department.
- Manages supplies and equipment inventories within budget.
- Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment.
