• Build strong relationships within internal departments to ensure marketing message consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the internal Design and Merchandising teams to understand collection inspiration and key storytelling messages
• Provide new and innovative brand communication proposals that improve brand awareness by territorial and social media marketing strategy
• Manage the development, execution and roll out of retail marketing initiatives, budget, and activities, social media promotions (includes creative concept development, determining assets and launch strategy)
• Establish communication cadence with appropriate mall centers to develop a local retail marketing strategy
• Produce/coordinate all retail events and sponsorship opportunities
• Manage and execute the strategy and creative inspiration for direct mail and email acquisition channels
• Creates data generated from all retail and social media marketing communications and deliver monthly ROI reports
• Deliver competitive analysis and identify trends through online research, monitoring social channels and conducting in-store visits; analyze results to help identify opportunities for future growth
• Leverage consumer and web analytics data to formulate strategic insights and deliver effective consumer-led digital campaigns and brand experiences
