Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met,
- Drive standardized sales operations & processes,
- Develop, manage and motivate channel partners to achieve objectives.
- Creatively prospect new clients in a designated region,
- Develop highly scaled and efficient operational services & support,
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other events,
- Travel to visit potential clients
