We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Supply Chain Director in a Retail Multinational Company based in UAE.
Job Description
- Responsibilities cover planning, procurement, logistics (inbound/outbound, warehousing) and regulatory compliance.
- Management of a team of 15- 20 people (3 direct reports)
- Warehousing subcontracted and integrated within the group
- Animate and develop planning/ compliance/ logistics teams
- Streamline organization, infrastructure, systems and processes
- Ensure the right level of service : stock levels, lead-times, in stock rates
- Optimize SC/logistics costs in partnership with subcontractor
- Implement regular dashboards
Job Requirements- Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain (complex environment)
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceutical
- Experience in working on Projects
- Strong operational skills in planning, compliance and logistics
- Possess a natural Leadership in order to lead and coach the team
