Job Description
· Manage end to end recruitment across automotive, logistics and retail (food) business.
· Create design and implement an on boarding process across all businesses and levels.
· Prepare induction plans and ensure smooth joining for all new joiners.
· Conducting market research and mapping to create and manage relevant talent pipelines
· Ensuring internal customer expectations are properly and professionally mapped.
Work schedule 5.5 days, with alternate Saturdays
Salary up to 9K
