Job Purpose
To manage the Quick Lube Services within Al Tayer Motors After Sales and expand the business with the guidance of the Head of Aftersales in order to ensure QLs brand name is properly built in the market. Also to ensure highest levels of quality standards and customer satisfactions are reached.
Quick Lube Service Manager is expected to ensure the growth, profitability, efficiency and reputation of Al Tayer Motors Quick Lube Service through building loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, achieve sales and profit objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
\[ Participate in the development of After Sales strategy by providing input from the perspective of the Quick Lube services, ensuring that relevant goals and objectives are incorporated.
\[ Develop and oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and processes that effectively outline the guidelines for the various services within Quick Lube, in line with global leading practices and principal requirements when applicable
\[ Manage and develop profit and loss for QL while driving market growth
\[ Review periodic reports to measure the performance of QL and oversee the successful implementation of its plan
\[ Develop Quick Lube marketing and sales strategy to support Al Tayer Motors in introducing the service to the market in coordination with the Al Tayer Motors Customer Experience and Marketing team.
\[ Ensure marketing plans and campaigns for QL effectively support the sales objectives and are in line with the guidelines and requirements
\[ Oversee implementation of branding standards and management of marketing materials in alignment with requirements
\[ Maintain and leverage a network of business contacts and relationships within the market to increase market awareness, obtain market/competitor intelligence and customer preference information
\[ Monitor QL processes (e.g. customer contact and reception, clarification of need, etc.) to ensure overall quality in the entire process
\[ Establish and ensure the implementation of pricing and stocking policies which will achieve the profitability objectives of QL
\[ Ensure proper implementation of health and safety as well as security policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and secure environment within the quick lube facility
\[ Oversee logistics processes and ensure effective stock management and continued visibility on shipments to bays
\[ Oversee product related training processes and ensure training needs are properly identified
\[ Oversee the implementation of customer service standards in the showrooms, and ensure efficient handling of complaints; highlight any issues and make recommendations to higher management on potential impact on efficiency and effectiveness
\[ Ensure requirements of government related compliance and principal standards are efficiently updated and implemented within concerned functions
\[ Provide leadership and direction to subordinates within the QL towards the achievement of goals and objectives
\[ Develop and monitor the execution of QL workforce plan to ensure qualified resources are being recruited in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
\[ Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent preferably in a business oriented discipline
\[ Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, with at least three to four years of experience in a senior role
\[ Strong leadership skills
\[ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\[ Strong people management skills
\[ Strong understanding of regional market as well as international context
\[ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
\[ Preferably proficient in Autoline
