-Project Management and Technical support for Projects in Design and Construction stages. Keeps close control on ongoing projects and coordinate the resolution of project issues.
-Assist in providing clear direction, setting targets, prioritizing tasks and assigning responsibilities for the project site team.
-Follow up the projects through close monitoring of projects. Update execution plans, monitor progress of installation and resolve problems.
-Concept Design, guidelines, specifications & development for building projects.
Provides technical consultancy, clear direction, sets targets, prioritizes tasks and assigns responsibilities for the respective Property Services team.
Evaluation of quotations, tender submittals & perform other management duties as might be assigned by the management.
