- Receives/ acknowledges job orders from marketing, coordinate with production and prepares schedules.
- Plan and monitor each project and ensure that everything is on track and being done as per the plan, raise concerns whenever potential delays arises.
- Determine equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand, coordinates with procurement and warehouse to ensure materials are delivered/available on time.
- Plan and Monitor manpower allocations, raise concerns for additional workforce whenever needed, coordinate with production supervisors/manager and site engineers to ensure manpower are allocated proportionately
- Prepare reports of work status highlights issues and problems encountered and keep records for future references.
- Prepare delivery notes and ensure all items delivered to site are recorded
- Lead the coordination among drivers, arrange deliveries of samples, documents and materials to site
- Coordinate with forwarding agents and accounts for shipping of goods arrange containers deliveries and prepare packing list
