Our Client: A leading healthcare solution partner for internationally mobile individuals worldwide.
Your Role: To review and evaluate pre-authorization requests for medical appropriateness using clinical protocols. Provide medical opinions and handle medical queries received from the client companies and members. Organizes medical training session for the operation administrators. Supervise the Pre-Cert team on complicated cases, beyond the bound of normal approval protocols and guidelines.
