To set up, manage and be responsible for the Driving School. The role is a Managing Director role for the establishment of a new driving school in the UAE. This is a start up business with finance provided.
The set up includes assisting in sourcing of land, RTA approvals, licenses, set up of staffing, procurement of vehicles, marketing of the school. Once the school is set up and active the role will then move into the lead position of the school responsible for: delivery, P&L, business development, budgets, staffing and overall management.
