The purpose of the Manager – Venue role is to lead on the operational design, planning, readiness and delivery of a particular zone within the Expo2020 Site. This role will work with all internal business departments to plan an integrated operation, and involve engagement with all relevant and dependent external partners
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Manage venue planning teams in ensuring all operations are integrated and striving for excellence in delivering seamless operations;
- Support in the development of policies and procedures specific to the Venue Management Functional Area;
- Create operational efficiencies through innovative and integrated processes and service design;
- Identify strategies and opportunities to improve venue and event operations;
- Support Venue Management projects as required.
