Cayan Group - a leading private development company - is now hiring the UAE's leading sales people for a specialist Off-Plan Sales Team for the organisation. Selected candidates will report directly to the GM and work with full autonomy, focused purely on their own individual sales success.
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate significant and sustained off-plan sales success and a strong network of clients, brokers and financial institutions.
Mandatory requirements:
• Must have Significant Experience and Proven Success in Off-plan Property Sales (i.e. Top Performers Only);
• Must be Fluent in English (with other languages - particularly Arabic - a distinct advantage);
• Must be Resident in the UAE and ready to start in One Month or less.
Selected candidate shall receive:
• Highly Competitive Monthly Salary;
• Market Leading Commission rate (on all sales);
