Responsibilities
- Managing the End-to-end recruitment
- Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Operations Director and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Mapping out talent across Royal Groups different entities.
- Managing ATS system; Migrating employees to system; giving workshops on using system.
- Reaching out to active and passive candidate at all levels via appropriate channels
- Screening CVs then accessing candidates through phone or face-to-face technical interviews, and presenting first/second stage candidates to hiring managers
- Assisting in organizing hiring events like Hackathons/meetups, to establishing the company’s brand in the technology space.
- Designing and implementing new best practice Recruitment Policies: including reporting on recruiting metrics and performance
