IT Helpdesk Engineer - Executive Solutions

Responsibilities:



  • Setup, configure and problems solving in:

  • OS: Windows family, Linux based (Ubuntu, CentOS), macOS

  • Hardware: network devices, PC workstations and laptops, ACS, CCTV, IP telephony, printers and scanners, etc.

  • Network: cables and path cords

  • Wireless access points

  • Infrastructure client/server applications: Active Directory, WSUS, Exchange, Git, Confluence, Jira, etc.

  • Train computer users. Describe and explain technical problems.

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

  • Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or email

  • Write training manuals

  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems

  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems

  • Install computer peripherals for users

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
