Project Coordination
- Provide coordination and project management in line with PMO objectives
- Assist in the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
Reporting and Office Support
- Assist with compilation and creation of presentations/dashboards as required
- Create and distribute communications and data updates to key stakeholders
- Assist in gathering data
- Schedule and organize meetings with various work teams to collect and disseminate project information
- Provide presentation and communications support using Microsoft PowerPoint
