This is a temp role for maternity cover 6 months ONLY, candidates with spouse/ father residency visa will be considered.
Scope:
Provide support to the HR department and Associates in the Middle East Region, related to government relations, compliance documentation, recruitment & training logistics, headcount & data submissions to support the smooth on-boarding and/or exit of Associates & overall operational excellence of the HR department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance and continual update and up-keep of various systems with 100% accuracy including employee files, HR systems, medical insurance, letters, employee leave logs etc.
• Assist in the coordination of employee relocation and settling in services.
• Support documentation process – preparation of contracts, document validation, sign off & preparation of employement process for ME region.
• Monthly updates of HR related tools for performance management, intranet directories, talent management systems and email groups. Including data management of HRIS (SAP), and Nestle health & safety (SHE-PM) system reporting, PO’s and org charts.
• Coordinate the logistics of recruitment and selection campaigns including advertising, liasing with agencies, arranging interviews both locally and internationally, Source and select candidates for GM-2 and below, conduct interivews and prepare comp proposals.
• Complete HR surveys as required.
• Logistics preparation for HR managed trainings in ME region
• Support C&B transactions –payroll, annual merit cycle, insurance renewal and updates, exit and EOS documents.
• Address associates inquiries regarding HR practices, policies and procedures and ensure proper communication and compliance
• Participate in specific projects and functional and cross-functional initiatives
