HR Coordinator - Olayan Food Division

Duties & Responsibilities:


• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment offer
• Assist with payroll and HR projects.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Coordinate with Admin. Dept. for visa procedure and Training Dept. for orientation.
• Liaise with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
• Forward collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
• Prepare promotion letters and other official letters.
• Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
• Support other assigned functions.
