Freelance Medical Recruiter - Dots Recruitment Consultants

Talent Acquisition/Sourcing/ Recruitment:
1. Review applications, interview and assess candidates and shortlist candidates for interview according to the employer’s expressed criteria


2. Create & place job adverts for open vacancies 3. Screen, shortlist and analyze CVs according to client required qualifications


4. Conduct preliminary and phone interviews


5. Edit CVs as per Dots Recruitment standard


6. Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews


7. Update and maintain client and candidate information database and adhere to personal rules.


8. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.


9. Negotiate salaries and contracts for candidates 10. Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.


11. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.


12. Headhunt the candidates for challenging requirement
