-Serve as a first point-of-contact for current and former employees’ questions on Human Capital (HC) policies and/or processes
-Maintain working knowledge of HC processes to answer customers’ questions
-Ensure that employees’ questions are fully addressed and escalating complex/difficult questions to other HR staff when appropriate
-Follow through to ensure that each case is fully resolved
-Provide high-quality, timely and professional customer service
-Record and track all cases and generate reports are required
