- Ensure the integrity of leads entry and captured information in Bayt CRM
- Clean all records by cross-checking and confirming company details, deleting incorrect entries, and merging duplicate entries
- Regular maintenance of CRM records that are duplicate, dead or overdue
- Assign prospective clients to new hires
- Monitor activities of researchers and RMs and guide them on the appropriate methodology
- Generate and circulate Daily Postings Tracker, Daily Sales/ Activity Tracker, Daily Researchers Tracker
- Assist the Data Quality Manager whenever required
