Responsibilities:
1. Respond to all inquiries promptly (within same business day)
2. Answer live online chat during normal business hours
3. Assist customers with general questions & product questions related to after sales
4. Ability to learn all products inside and out so all questions can be answered
5. Coordinate were needed between the different internal & external departments to solve customers’ problems related to delivery & product issues
6. Sell products and services, offer add-on and up-sell products that may benefit the customer, and suggest alternative products when a customer-requested product is not available.
7. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers on the phone, in person and via email.
8. Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to process customer requests.
9. Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations in order to ensure an unrivalled shopping experience.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
