- Planning crew changes for all crew on assigned vessels (AHTS/Tugs/Barges) in advance, check availability of crew and compliance of all certificates and training.
- Ensuring that personnel files and all crew certifications are kept up to date.
- Liaising with vessel Captains/OIMs/Marine Superintendents and Crewing Manager on crew change schedules, visa requirements and relief names.
- Assisting in administration of payroll system for sea staff and ensure that sea staff salaries are processed accurately.
- Arranging cost effective travel for crew mobilization/ demobilization to meet crew change schedules
- Arrange any visas, vaccinations or additional training required.
- Ensures that vessels are maintained and manned in compliance with flag manning and client requirement.
- Familiar with ARAMCO & ADNOC requirements.
