Description
Broad role encompassing the full range of corporate matters, chance to work with external client base rather than just acting as an internal counsel. Handling the corporate aspects of investment into both public and private companies in New York, Asia and London as well as the Middle East.
Profile
Ideally Western qualified/trained with a background in Private Practice. Strong private M&A experience is essential, Private Equity experience would be a bonus. Candidates who are more senior should ideally have some experience in an in-house environment, but this is not essential. This client is willing to relocate internationally based candidates.
- Western qualified/trained with 2-5 years PQE
- Strong private M&A/PE experience from a recognised law firm or investment company
