The Client Services Coordinator must possess excellent skills in handling frequent client enquiries. In addition to their responsibilities of handling requests, they must be able to handle the below daily tasks:
· Preparing accurate, elaborate quotations and responding to RFQs.
· following up on LPOs, legal agreements, payments from the client.
· Communicating project details to the Project Department.
· Preparing costing and invoices after the completion of the project.
· Preparing Bank/Government correspondence.
