Job brief:
Liaison between buying & logistics department.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining the proper inventory levels in the warehouse for e-commerce. Utilize forecast and inventory information to determine order quantities
2. Follow-up on online orders
3. Process orders with the buying team
4. Track all open orders and follow up on all shipments to ensure timely delivery with suppliers & logistics (internal or third parties)
5. Various weekly and monthly reporting functions for Accounting, for our suppliers and for our logistics team
6. Build and maintain relationships with all suppliers
