PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate Data visualization expert to support the fast growing data team.
The role of the Data visualization expert is to design, build, deliver and maintain actionable dashboards using Tableau software.
We will require an element being able to understand business requirements, make things happen and operate in a very dynamic environment.
KEY OBJECTIVES
• Enable MBCs teams visualizing the performance of their respective products.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Champion dashboards development and implementation using Tableau software on top of Amazon Web services Big data platform.
• Maintain and enhance Enterprise dashboards portfolio (operational, tactical and strategic), and present findings to top management with storytelling capabilities,
• Monitor performance indicators, create alerts, highlight trends and provide preliminary root cause analysis of unexpected variances,
• Ensure that reports and dashboards are delivered within the Service Level Agreements set.
• Provide data requirements to data engineers and make sure all required metrics are aggregated and available in DWH,
• Provide support to end users and train the trainer,
• Work with data governance team to help drive consistency in MDM and data definitions to create a trusted source of data,
• Responsible to build BI roadmap and implementation plan,
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities,
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
