\[ Develop and maintain business relationships between International agents
\[ Responsible of reviewing and reporting monthly performance to the manager along with the key developments by submitting weekly and monthly reports
\[ Provide guidelines and direction on preparing integrated logistics plans, procedures and policies for product developments
\[ Attend training seminars and conferences in order to keep up with latest trends in industry and network with peer companies
Purchasing, marketing & Selling Products/chemicals used in industries such as Construction & building Materials, Oilfield, Water Treatment, Detergent, Tannery etc
\[ Planning and Development of sales plans and introducing new products in the market
\[ Prepare and deliver client specific technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and
prospective customers
\[ Liaise with clients and provide sales quotations, evaluating tenders and report to Managing Director on a daily basis for intelligence and product sales activities
\[ Establish strong and trust worthy relationship with clients
\[ Follow-up and collection of receivables from customers & prepare weekly sales tracking
\[ Servicing and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing new customers base
\[ Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements
\[ Organizing meetings with clients and concerned employees
\[ Coordinating shipments / deliveries of orders between operations team and client
\[ Prepare periodic reports for evaluating performance and analyzing trends
