Business Analyst - FP&A - Quest Search & Selection



Quest Search & Selection is working with an international FMCG company based in Dubai, UAE seeking a Business Analyst - FP&A with great knowledge of FP&A within FMCG industry in GCC.


You must have experience in FP&A in GCC. Please note that is not a managerial role and we are seeking for candidates from FMCG industry. Finance professionals from other industries will not be consider for the role.



Job Responsibilities (Business Analyst - FP&A):

  • Brand/ Market P&L management: forecasting, analysis
  • Analysis reporting: variance vs Budget; variance vs previous year
  • KPI management
  • Action plans and analysis of risk and opportunities
  • Supporting the marketing and sales team
  • Working close with all departments to ensure data base maintenance, analysis required, audit preparation







  • Expected Qualities (Business Analyst - FP&A):
  • Experience in FP&A - FMCG - 5 years
  • Fluent in English
  • Dynamic, initiative, fast learner and team player
  • Candidates should be based in UAE
  • Multitasking person
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel and Power Point
  • Good knowledge of ERP system, Oracle preferred
  • Candidates available immediately preferred
